Year after year, this little dynamic dog continues to elevate your culinary creations, turning each delicious slice into a true artistic pleasure!
A name not chosen by chance...
The first prototypes of this cake server were truly memorable, as the little dog’s head leaned a bit too far forward (we’ve since fixed the balance!). This amused Philippe (Filou to those who know him), one of our most loyal team members, who was taking his first steps in the shop at the time. That’s how we naturally decided to name our cake server “Filou” (which means “rascal” in French). A nickname that suits it perfectly, as Philippe has that mischievous side and great generosity! And, of course... he loves cake!
The art of perfecting a slice
From hearty meals to afternoon treats, the Filou cake server has become an essential accessory on your table! Gently resting on the cloth, it adds a touch of colour to your meal. Thanks to its small serrated edge, it easily cuts near-perfect portions. After serving, its clever design lets it stand on its feet without dirtying your table. Filou... clever, but also very tidy! Its hook-shaped tail allows you to hang it up with ease! It loves it, so it can keep an eye on everything happening in the kitchen!
