Legal guarantee

Protection provided by the two-year legal guarantee on goods sold within the European Union.

When you purchase a Pylones product (in one of our stores or on our website), you automatically benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity at no additional cost.

1. What does this guarantee cover?

The legal guarantee of conformity covers any defect or malfunction that exists at the time the product is delivered:

• Technical malfunction
Failure or malfunction of a mechanism (e.g. clock, alarm clock, lamp, electronic device).

• Visual or manufacturing defects
A product that does not match its description or has a manufacturing or assembly defect.

2. What are you entitled to under this guarantee?

If a lack of conformity is confirmed, you are entitled to:

1. Repair or replacement of the product at no additional cost (including parts, labour and transport).

2. A price reduction or refund if repair or replacement is not possible, takes an unreasonable amount of time or causes you significant inconvenience.

3. How can you make a claim under the guarantee?

• In store
Visit any Pylones store with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or digital receipt).

• On our website
Contact our customer service team via the “Contact” section, quoting your order number and attaching photos/videos showing the defect.

4. What is not covered by the guarantee?

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use (e.g. patina, minor scratches, superficial marks).

• Breakage, falls or accidental damage occurring after purchase.

• Damage caused by use that does not comply with the instructions or precautions for use, or by immersing a non-waterproof product in water.
